Our Executive Committee reviews your profile. If approved, you'll receive an email with the participation fee — a very small contribution.
Confirm your spot by completing the small participation fee. That's it — you're officially in.
You receive your official confirmation and your profile is published on the event portal alongside the other selected participants.
We send you all the details: meeting point (typically the nearest airport), the full program, and everything you need to prepare.
When you arrive, you'll receive a welcome kit with everything you need for the experience ahead.
Don't worry about logistics — we organize transfers to and from the airport, so you can focus on the experience.
You'll have a dedicated page to let us know about allergies, dietary needs, special requests — and to start pre-networking with the other participants before the event.
